Answer

Library Spaces

From September 2022 there are four University Library spaces. These spaces have been informed by student feedback and provide exciting new flexible learning spaces for all of our students. Opening hours differ across the spaces so always check before you visit. You will need your campus card to use library access gates and exterior doors if they are on access control.

City Campus

• Library@Murray is now situated on Level 1 of the Murray Building.
• Level 2 and 3 of the Murray Building are now the Faculty of Health Sciences and Wellbeing and are no longer Library spaces.
• Library@Pasteur is a new Library space located on Level 1 of Pasteur Building.

Sir Tom Cowie Campus at St. Peter’s

• St. Peter’s Library remains at the Prospect Building
• Library@DavidGoldman is a new Library space located on Level 3 of David Goldman Building.

Location of print books and resources

The location of some of the print books and resources has changed. Collections to support the Faculty of Arts and Creative Industries have moved to Sir Tom Cowie Campus at St. Peter’s and are now located at St. Peter’s Library and Library@DavidGoldman. Some of the media collections have moved to Library@DavidGoldman.

Use Library Search to find the exact shelf location and availability of a print book. You can return books you have borrowed to any of our Library spaces. If there is a book you would like to collect from a different Library space, you can reserve it to be collected from Library@Murray, Library@DavidGoldman, or St. Peter’s Library.
