UKPBC is a national initiative aimed at preserving print books held in university libraries across the UK. We are a member of this initiative, and we contribute by retaining certain print books that may no longer align with our teaching and learning needs or have been replaced by more current materials, which we otherwise would have removed from our shelves.
These books can be borrowed by researchers or students from the University of Sunderland, as well as external users through approved borrowing schemes.
To prevent any confusion with current teaching materials, we store these books on designated shelves in Library at David Goldeman.
