Although most of the journals we subscribe to are available electronically, there are some journals we only have available in print.
To find out if the journal you need is available in print or online, go to Library Search and click 'Journal Search' in the top menu. Search for the title or ISSN of the journal you are interested in, e.g. British Journal of Photography. You can see that for this journal it is "Available at Library at David Goldman Print Journals." This means it is in print format.

When you click on the journal title, you can see more details, including a link to view online if the journal is available electronically. You may need to scroll down the page to see all the information.

The summary holdings indicate '1989 to date'. This means we have a current subscription to the British Journal of Photography that began in 1989. Click on 'View Items' to see which volumes and years we have available. To find the journal on the shelves, make a note of the location and the shelfmark. All print journals are in the same buildings as print books on that subject. In this example, the 'British Journal of Photography' can be found at Library at David Goldman at shelfmark 770 BRI. The 'Locate' button will show you where the journals are on an interactive map.
If you have any questions about accessing or using print journals, please get in touch.
Please note that print journals must be used in the Library and cannot be borrowed.
