We are developing new ways of bringing you support and guidance, including offering video calls through our live chat using Microsoft Teams. You can join a Teams video call from any device and you do not need a Teams account:
1) You will have been sent a meeting invitation to your University student e-mail address or through our live chat. Please find this e-mail and click Join Microsoft Teams Meeting
2) A web page will open where you'll see two choices - please click Join on the web instead. You will need to use either Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. Your browser may ask if Teams can use your mic and camera - be sure to press Allow so you will be seen and heard.
3) Enter your name, choose your audio and video settings, then click Join now.
