Some VLeBooks can only be used by a limited number of users at one time. If the ebook is currently being used by the maximum number of concurrent users (either 'Read Online' or 'Download'), you will be asked if you would like to reserve it by entering your email address.
When the ebook becomes available for you to read, you will receive an email to let you know the item has been added to your VLeBooks bookshelf. You have 2 hours from the time you receive the email to access the ebook; otherwise, it will be given to the next person in the queue.
Log in to VLeBooks directly by going to vlebooks.com, clicking 'Shibboleth', selecting the University of Sunderland, and then entering your University details.
