Some VLeBooks can only be used by a limited number of users at one time. If the e-book is currently being used by the maximum number of concurrent users (either 'Read Online' or 'Download') you will be asked if you would like to reserve it by entering your e-mail address.
When the e-book becomes available for you to read you will receive an e-mail to let you know the item has been added to your VLeBooks bookshelf. You have 2 hours from the time you receive the email to access the e-book, otherwise, it will be given to the next person in the queue.
Log in to VLeBooks directly by going to vlebooks.com, clicking 'Shibboleth', selecting the University of Sunderland, and then entering your University user ID and password.
