If you find an item you thought you had lost, please return it to us at your earliest convenience. You may post it to us or return it to a library building in person. Please contact the Library team at Library Talk to discuss this with us and we will help.

If you have paid a charge to cover the replacement of an item, you may also request a refund if the request is made within 3 months of paying the charge and you are still studying at the University.
