Current students and staff of the University and guests studying at other universities can access the eduroam WiFi network. Other guests and visitors can access the UoS Guest WiFi network.
Current students and staff
1) Within your WiFi settings, choose eduroam.
2) Log in with the following and your University password.
• If you are a student: userID@student.sunderland.ac.uk
• If you are a member of staff: userID@sunderland.ac.uk
If you are on a mobile phone, you may need to set the domain as sunderland.ac.uk
Library guests
If you are a member of another University, you may be able to access the eduroam network using your home institution username and password. Your home institution can guide you on how to access the eduroam network.
The University also offers a UoS Guest WiFi network. Follow the attached instructions, and at step 8, please enter 'Library'.
