Our customer services team is on hand to help you make the most of our services at our helpdesks and through Library Talk. We can show you how to use our services and help troubleshoot any issues you may experience. We can also help you with everyday study skill enquires such as getting started with academic referencing using Cite Them Right. If needed we can also show you other support available, such as one-to-one appointments with the study skills team.

Our study skills and academic librarian team can help you with a range of library and study skills support and development, either by appointment or through our online drop-ins.

There is a helpdesk in each of our spaces with the exception of Library@Pasteur. Please check our website for the times this helpdesk is staffed. You can use Library Talk if you cannot visit the campus or if you would prefer to contact us by live chat, e-mail, or phone. We also offer video calls and screensharing through our live chat service and Microsoft Teams. Outside of staffed opening hours, live chat is staffed by a global cooperative of librarians who will be able to help you or pass your queries on to us to follow up.
