To fix your card for the next time you visit you will need to contact the Estates and Facilities helpdesk located in St Mary's Building, email: email@example.com or call 0191 515 3366 to arrange this. If you continue to experience issues with building access The Gateway team may need to order you a new campus card free of charge. Access to university buildings is not controlled by the library but is programmed onto your campus card by the university Estates and facilities team. Please note There is no guest access to library buildings outside of Library helpdesk hours.
