During staffed helpdesk hours, please call the Library phone number 0191 515 3691 and we will come and let you in. Outside of staffed helpdesk hours please contact University Security on (0191) 515 2028.

To fix your card for the next time you visit you will need to contact the University's Estates and Facilities helpdesk located in St. Mary's Building (estatesandfacilitieshelpdesk@sunderland.ac.uk or (0191) 515 3366). If you continue to experience issues with building access The Gateway team may need to order you a new campus card.

Access to University buildings is not controlled by the Library team but is programmed onto your campus card by the University's Estates and Facilities team. There is no guest access to Library buildings and spaces outside of Library helpdesk hours.
