If you have lost something within one of our Library spaces, please get in touch, and we can advise you further.
All lost property found on campus is coordinated by the University's Estates & Facilities team, who electronically record and retain any lost property for three months. Please note that any perishable items (such as food and drink) will be removed and disposed of before being stored as part of this process. After three months, any uncollected property will be disposed of or donated to charity as appropriate. Any valuables such as wallets, purses, and electronics will be handed straight to the Estates & Facilities team so they can be securely stored until they are collected. You can contact the Estates & Facilities team at lostproperty@sunderland.ac.uk to verify whether your item has been found and to arrange collection.
Campus cards
If you have lost your campus card within one of our Library spaces, we will take the card to Student Enquiries (based in City Campus).
