All lost property found on the University Campus is co-ordinated by the Estates & Facilities team who electronically record and retain it for 3 months. Please note that any perishable items (food and drink) will be removed and disposed of before storing as part of this process. After 3 months, the property will be disposed of or donated to charity as appropriate.

If you have lost something within one of our libraries you can contact library staff on the same day and we will take a look for you. If longer than 24hrs you should email: to verify whether your item has been found and to arrange collection.

If a campus card is handed in Library staff will add a note to your student account and take the card to The Gateway (based in City Campus).
