Library@Murray is located on Level One (the lower level) of Murray Health. Murray Health is the new name for the building previously known as The Murray Library. Library@Murray on Level One is a self-contained Library space. The School of Psychology is on Level Two and the School of Medicine is on Level Three. These changes will result in some differences in how you use the building.

Entrance to Library@Murray

Use the main entrance to the building off Chester Road then the lift or main staircase to access Library@Murray on Level One.

Library opening hours

Library@Murray has different opening hours from the other floors of the building. Opening hours for all four library spaces across the University campus are available on our website. The School of Psychology on Level Two and the School of Medicine on Level Three will be open in line with other Faculty buildings. Faculty buildings are open Monday to Friday 0800-1900hrs during term time. Full details of Faculty building opening times can be found online.

Library@Murray support

The Library team are here to support you in using the Library and the study spaces within the Library@Murray on Level One. Our in-person helpdesk opening hours are on our website and you can chat with us online any time.

For School of Psychology and Medicine queries including those related to the Faculty spaces on Levels Two and Three please contact the Faculty of Health Sciences and Wellbeing or raise with your academic staff. For maintenance queries or lost property queries please contact the Estates and Facilities team on
